 Artist's Statement
Do I really want to head to jail every day? Of course, when it is the refurbished D.C. Workhouse and Reformatory! Now, the Workhouse Arts Center is a professional artist’s center with cooperative studios, galleries, educational programs and more. Being a part of Studio Fiber Arts, I am surrounded by fellow artists in such an amazing community! I am delighted to teach both adult and children’s classes. The Workhouse Arts Center is full of energy, creativity, inspiration and dreams come true.
I am an artist devoted to my husband and children. Encompassed with their love and support, I strive to pursue my art. They inspire and encourage me to create my art works!
